Do you have call center experience and enjoy helping others? LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking Customer Service Call Center Reps to work with patients for a confidential client. This contract-to-hire role is ideal for individuals with customer service experience, especially those who have worked in call centers or healthcare. Shifts are Mon-Fri, 10am-6:30pm or 11:30am-8pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle order taking, verify prescriptions, and address package inquiries.

• Manage prescription refills, patient cues, lab calls, and general prescription refill requests.

• Maintain a KPI of 12 calls per hour, with 5 minutes for system setup and note-taking.

Requirements:

• Must pass a background check and drug screen.

• High School Diploma required.

• Recent call center experience is preferred.
