We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Clerk with excellent communication skills and strong follow-through. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day HR operations, ensure timely completion of tasks, and serve as a reliable point of contact for employees and management.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the HR department across all HR functions
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
Schedule interviews, meetings, and training sessions
Communicate clearly and professionally with employees, candidates, and leadership
Track tasks and deadlines to ensure timely follow-through
Assist with policy updates, compliance, and internal communications
Support payroll, benefits administration, and reporting as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong follow-through with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Exceptional time management and organizational skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or HRIS systems
Previous HR administrative experience preferred
