We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Clerk with excellent communication skills and strong follow-through. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day HR operations, ensure timely completion of tasks, and serve as a reliable point of contact for employees and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department across all HR functions

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation

  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes

  • Schedule interviews, meetings, and training sessions

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with employees, candidates, and leadership

  • Track tasks and deadlines to ensure timely follow-through

  • Assist with policy updates, compliance, and internal communications

  • Support payroll, benefits administration, and reporting as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong follow-through with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or HRIS systems

  • Previous HR administrative experience preferred
