Position Title: Financial Operations Coordinator
Location: Lenexa, KS
Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire | $45,000-60,000 annually

Overview:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a respected client in the Lenexa, KS area to identify a highly skilled Financial Operations Coordinator. This position plays a key role in supporting a Financial Institution’s operational workflows- this includes, managing files & documentation, handling transaction processing, onboarding new customer accounts, and providing exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial transactions, including ACH transfers, wire payments, check processing, and ledger postings.

  • Handle customer-facing activities for deposits and withdrawals.

  • Complete daily account reconciliations.

  • Investigate and resolve issues.

  • Maintain thorough and accurate records of procedures and operational documentation.

  • Provide backup support and work collaboratively with team members to maintain seamless service.

  • Assist with internal audits and regulatory reviews by gathering data, analyzing patterns, and recommending improvements aligned with industry best practices.


Qualifications:

  • Some education within the Accounting & Finance or Business field is preferred but not required.

  • At least 2+ years of experience in financial services or banking operations

  • Exceptional soft skills, including professionalism, dedication, meticulous attention to detail, analytical mindset, integrity, problem solving, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite



Pay Details: $45,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
