Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer and route incoming calls on a multi-line phone system; handle inquiries and direct calls appropriately.
Manage visitor registration, issue access badges, and coordinate meeting room reservations.
Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and maintaining office supply inventory.
Support internal teams with scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation.
Represent the organization with warmth and professionalism as the first point of contact.
Maintain confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
