The Senior HR Coordinator operates with a higher level of autonomy, provides guidance on HR procedures, and supports continuous improvement across HR programs and systems.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee and manager HR inquiries, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and HR programs
- Coordinate and administer onboarding and offboarding processes, including I?9 verification, background checks, and orientation
- Maintain accurate employee records within HRIS and personnel files in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Support recruitment activities including job postings, interview coordination, candidate communication, and onboarding preparation
- Assist with benefits administration, open enrollment support, and employee benefit inquiries
- Support employee relations activities by documenting issues, tracking cases, and escalating matters as appropriate
- Prepare HR reports, metrics, and audits to support leadership decision?making
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and internal controls
- Partner with HR leadership on process improvements, documentation, and special projects
- Provide mentoring or guidance to junior HR or administrative staff as needed
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources coordination or generalist support
- Strong knowledge of HR processes across the employee lifecycle
- Experience working with HRIS and ATS platforms
- Solid understanding of employment laws and HR compliance requirements
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast?paced environment
Pay/Benefits:
- Pay: $20/hr - $27/hr
- Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan. Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria
