LHH is seeking an open ended contract (possible hire opportunity) candidate to sit on client site in Long Beach, CA.


This role will be responsible for compiling and managing data for the company’s civil rights programs. Transit experience a strong plus.


This role is 100% on site.


This role is heavy data entry, data gathering. Attention to detail and accuracy is vital. Must excel in a fast paced environment.


Experience within transit is highly preferred, as is familiarity with software programs such as DBE and EEO.


Pay is up to $30/hour with possible flexibility for the ideal candidate.


ASAP start.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: • Provides coordination of civil rights programs to ensure compliance with statutes and regulations in conformance with transportation industry standards, as well as state and federal laws • Reviews compliance audits to mitigate deficiencies and recommend corrective actions • Compiles and monitors company’s Civil Rights Programs’ (i.e., DBE, EEO, ADA and Title VI) data for reporting per federal/state regulations, policies and guidelines • Reports company’s DBE Program obligations for all procurements per FTA requirements • Advises the Manager, Regulatory Compliance and Civil Rights of compliance issues and concerns • Recommends program and industry best practices for compliance efficiency to the Manager, Regulatory Compliance and Civil Rights • Supports the development of Triennial DBE Goal, EEO,ADA Report and Title VI Program • Coordinates Civil Rights Program reports and analysis (i.e., DBE Semi Annual and Fare Equity) • Monitors small business participation in the procurement/solicitation process by reviewing statements/scopes of work, setting goals and evaluating Good Faith Efforts requirements • Assists with the implementation of the DBE/SBE outreach programs to maximize participation in company’s procurement solicitations • Assists with the small business bid and proposal evaluations and prepares good faith effort determination
