Associate Attorney – California’s Proposition 65
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Associate Attorney with at least 5 years of experience handling matters involving California’s Proposition 65.
Compensation & Benefits
· Salary range: $200,000 -- $300,000
· Bonuses:
o 1600 hours: $10k
o 1700 hours: $15k
o 1800 hours: $20k

· Fully remote optional, or hybrid optional
· Office location: Los Angeles
About the Opportunity
· Manage a full caseload of California’s Proposition 65 matters, including responding to notices, pre-litigation, litigation, administrative matters, provide advice and counsel to a broad range of corporate clients on regulatory and compliance issues involving California’s Proposition 65 (defense-side)
· The Law firm is an elite boutique and a highly respected firm in the industry
· Billables: 1600 (amazing work/life balance)
· Must be physically based in California
