LHH is working with an amazing firm seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Litigation Paralegal to support their Employment Law practice. This role involves working closely with attorneys on a variety of labor and employment matters, including wage and hour disputes, discrimination claims, workplace investigations, and compliance issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and file legal documents in California state and federal courts, including via eFiling platforms.

  • Manage case files, discovery responses, and document production throughout the litigation process.

  • Maintain litigation calendars, track deadlines, and coordinate court appearances and client meetings.

  • Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, witness lists, and deposition materials.

  • Conduct legal research and summarize findings related to employment law issues.

  • Communicate with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel professionally and efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in employment law.

  • Strong understanding of California court procedures and eFiling systems.

  • Proficiency in legal research tools and document management systems.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment.

  • Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred.

  • On-Site, Mon - Fri

  • Pay: $75,000 - $90,000

  • This posting is a representative sample of the types of roles we typically place with our clients. Depending on the specific client, location, and role, the salary range is estimated to be $75,000 to $90,000 per year and benefits may include medical, dental, vision, and 401k plans.
