LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Payroll Specialist with 5 years of experience working in a similar role. This is a Temp to Perm opportunity, located in Manhattan, NY.
Responsibilities:
- Process bi-weekly and monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain and update employee payroll records, including deductions, benefits, and tax information.
- Review and verify timekeeping data, resolving discrepancies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports for management and finance teams.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, deductions, and tax with professionalism and clarity.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance to ensure accurate benefit deductions and reporting.
- Assist with year-end processes, including W-2 preparation and tax filings.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency
- 5 years of payroll processing experience
- ADP WFN is a plus
Salary: $30-38/hr
Pay Details: $30.00 to $38.00 per hour
