Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist (Contract-to-Hire)
Location: Mason, Ohio (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 1st Shift | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20–$21 per hour

Position Summary:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist for a full-time, onsite contract-to-hire opportunity with a respected financial client in Mason, Ohio. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in accounts receivable and a preference will be given to those with cash applications (cash apps) experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and distribute customer invoices accurately and on schedule
Monitor and manage incoming payments, ensuring timely application to customer accounts
Perform cash application duties, including matching payments to open invoices
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
Communicate with clients to address billing issues and outstanding balances
Support month-end close and reporting processes
Qualifications:
1–3 years of experience in accounts receivable, with a strong preference for cash applications experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
