HR Coordinator
Our client in McLean, VA is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator for a temporary assignment. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in human resources and administrative support who is ready to jump in and make an immediate impact.
About the Role
As the HR Coordinator, you will support core HR functions including onboarding, employee documentation, scheduling, and internal communications. You’ll work closely with the HR team to ensure smooth operations and a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications
Assist with onboarding processes including document collection and orientation logistics
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Support benefits enrollment and respond to employee inquiries
Prepare HR reports, presentations, and internal communications
Help organize employee engagement activities and recognition efforts
Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards
Provide general administrative support to the HR team
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative support
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
