The opportunity
I’m hiring for a HR Manager in the Mebane/Burlington area. You’ll collaborate with a highly tenured HR leader while taking point on distinct responsibilities that modernize processes, elevate service to employees, and support leaders through change.
What you’ll do
Own core HR operations, employee relations, onboarding, compliance, and policy administration.
Lead benefits administration for U.S. employees—interpret plans, answer questions, and partner with leadership to ensure clarity and consistency across sites.
Support payroll understanding field basic employee questions and coordinate with the payroll team to resolve issues.
Drive change management with a calm, confident presence—honor longstanding practices while introducing practical improvements that earn trust.
Partner across the business: collaborate with the leadership to divide and conquer priorities.
Champion data and systems: utilize Workforce (payroll) and Navigator (benefits) to keep records accurate, processes efficient, and insights actionable.
Engage a multisite footprint: build relationships with HR and operations teams across U.S. plants with occasional travel.
Advance projects: contribute to HR restructuring initiatives, policy updates, and scalable practices suitable for a growth environment.

Education: bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent, progressive HR experience considered.
