Technical Support Specialist
Looking for a Technical Support role where you can put your problem solving and customer service skills to use each day? LHH Recruitment is currently interviewing candidates for a contract to permanent technical support opening in Mesa, AZ. You will be working a ticket queue and responding to client questions, troubleshooting issues, updating information and offering solutions. You will be working with internal departments to provide solutions for clients as quickly and effectively as possible.
The job duties consist of:
- Ticketing queue management, both quality and quantity.
- Troubleshooting client issues, responding to requests, reviewing activity and creating custom solutions for each client.
- Communicate the solution or fix to the client either via email or over the phone.
Your qualifications must include:
- 1+ year of technical support experience.
- A customer service focus, and a team player mindset. You won’t be alone, you will be expected to help the team and seek assistance when you need it too!
