LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Finance Manager to support FP&A functions, project based metric reporting, reporting/analysis across cash flow management, AR Cash Applications, and Treasury. This role is ideal for a strategic and detail-oriented professional with strong supervisory experience and a deep understanding of FP&A, full-cycle accounts receivable, cash flow forecasting, and treasury operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts at both the corporate level and project level
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual variance analysis and trend reporting for major projects.
Build and maintain model for scenario planning, profitability analysis, and long term strategic initiatives.
Reporting and analysis on daily cash operations, including bank reconciliations, cash positioning, and liquidity planning.
Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts, ensuring optimal working capital and funding availability.
Lead treasury reporting for cash inflows/outflows by project.
Supervise and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including accounting, and operations to support financial planning and reporting.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
5+ years of relevant experience in a traditional FP&A function
Proven supervisory experience with a track record of team development.
Strong understanding of project accounting, analysis, and reporting
Strong understanding of cash flow management, treasury, and accounts receivable
Proficiency in ERP systems
Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Compensation:
$120,000-$130,000
Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision
PTO is offered on an accrual basis
Paid Sick Leave where applicable by State law
