LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Finance Manager to support FP&A functions, project based metric reporting, reporting/analysis across cash flow management, AR Cash Applications, and Treasury. This role is ideal for a strategic and detail-oriented professional with strong supervisory experience and a deep understanding of FP&A, full-cycle accounts receivable, cash flow forecasting, and treasury operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts at both the corporate level and project level

  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual variance analysis and trend reporting for major projects.

  • Build and maintain model for scenario planning, profitability analysis, and long term strategic initiatives.

  • Reporting and analysis on daily cash operations, including bank reconciliations, cash positioning, and liquidity planning.

  • Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts, ensuring optimal working capital and funding availability.

  • Lead treasury reporting for cash inflows/outflows by project.

  • Supervise and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including accounting, and operations to support financial planning and reporting.

  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus.

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a traditional FP&A function

  • Proven supervisory experience with a track record of team development.

  • Strong understanding of project accounting, analysis, and reporting

  • Strong understanding of cash flow management, treasury, and accounts receivable

  • Proficiency in ERP systems

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Compensation:

$120,000-$130,000

Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision

PTO is offered on an accrual basis

Paid Sick Leave where applicable by State law
