International Sales Operations Specialist
LHH is seeking an International Sales Operations Specialist to join a dynamic company in the fast-paced food industry. This associate-level role involves collaborating with Sales, Purchasing, Marketing, and Logistics teams to manage customer orders, solve operational challenges, and identify growth opportunities. You'll gain hands-on experience with imported specialty foods and contribute to cross-functional initiatives, with potential for advancement based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage order processing, item availability, pricing, shipping, and documentation.
Proactively resolve customer, logistical, and financial issues.
Support the international sales team with account management and reporting.
Collaborate on export documentation and compliance with regulatory agencies.
Identify and develop new business opportunities with sales leaders.
Qualifications
Required: Bilingual in Spanish (Mandarin is a plus), export/import logistics experience, and familiarity with customs documentation.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree, strong data analysis skills (Excel), and experience with CRM tools like Salesforce and Microsoft D365.
Hybrid work schedule: In-office Tuesday–Thursday, with remote options on Mondays and Fridays.
