Position Summary:

We are seeking a Customer Service/Account Manager to support and grow international markets outside of the U.S. This role blends hands-on customer service, strategic sales, and marketing responsibilities with international distributor relationship management. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience managing both projects and staff, a strong understanding of manufacturing operations, and a proven track record in contract negotiation with direct distributors and OEMs. Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment is required, and candidates must understand FDA compliance and international regulatory frameworks. The ability to understand and explain contract terms is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers — handling order processing, complaints, and issue resolution

  • Maintain and support global pricing and customer payment processes

  • Support marketing efforts to drive brand awareness and lead generation

  • Coordinate with internal teams and distributors to analyze sales trends and adjust strategy accordingly

  • Assist with the development of sales and marketing tools and reports

Distributor and Channel Management

  • Develop and execute strategies to expand the distributor network in international markets

  • Identify and onboard new distributors; provide training and ongoing support

  • Manage and optimize sales channels — both direct and indirect

  • Participate in two major trade shows annually (U.S. & Europe) to build client relationships and generate leads

  • Review, understand, and clearly communicate distributor contracts, terms, and obligations

  • Work cross-functionally to ensure FDA compliance and product registration in international markets

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Comes from a manufacturing background, preferably in a regulated industry

  • Understands and can speak to FDA compliance and global regulatory processes

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to interface confidently with customers and executives

  • Independent, self-starter with a solution-oriented mindset

  • Analytical thinker with a solid grasp of strategic sales planning

  • Comfortable explaining pricing models, contract terms, and legal nuances to both clients and internal teams

  • Culturally aware and adaptable in a global business environment

  • Comfortable working closely with the CEO and senior leadership
