Based in the Oklahoma City area, this organization is dedicated to providing the best experience and care for its customers and employees. Posted at $18.00 – 22.00 an hour, this position has the opportunity to convert into a permanent position if there is a mutual connection!


Main Duties/Responsibilities may include:


· Screen calls and prioritize e-mails


· Interaction with vendors and clients


· Calendar and meeting management


· Time and expense reports


· Prepare domestic and international Travel Logistics


· Prepare and organize documents for client proposals and presentations


· Address problems and troubleshoot with internal and external stakeholders


· Cover front desk reception as needed


Skills/Experience


· High school diploma required; post-secondary education


· At least one to two years relevant work experience as an administrative assistant/receptionist or HR Assistant


· Strong oral and written communication


· Attention to detail


· Ability to prioritize and successfully meet deadlines


· Proactive self-starter


· Experience working both independently and with a collaborative environment


· Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite


· CRM, HRIS, and/or ATS software experience a plus!


Pay Rate: $18 -$22/hour, depending on opportunity and experience.


Employment type: Contract
