HR Generalist

LHH Recruitment Solutions in Oklahoma City is seeking an HR Generalist, who will play a vital role within the human resources department for our client on site. Hourly pay is $26.44-$31.25 depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

· Monitoring the onboarding process.

· Adhering to and enforcing client’s company guidelines and policies.

· Develop employee engagement plans, obtain necessary budget approvals, and initiate activities to foster a positive work environment.

· Collaborate with outside vendors, upper management, and employees to maintain CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) standards as mandated by authorities.

· Processing performance evaluations.

· Engage and consult regarding disciplinary actions.

· What we’re looking for:

· At least 5 years of direct HR experience

· HR Certification a plus but not required

· Previous experience in handling confidential business matters and information with discretion

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
