Job Title: Global Compensation Consultant (Contract-to-Hire)
Location: Hybrid to Overland Park, KS
Duration: Through end of year, with potential for permanent hire
Department: Total Rewards / Compensation
About the Role
LHH Recruitment Solutions is collaborating with an organization in Overland Park, KS, to find a Global Compensation Analyst to support our growing international compensation initiatives. This role will play a key part in refining our job architecture, improving data accuracy in Payfactors, and helping design compensation structures across multiple countries. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to bring clarity and structure to a fast-evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct job matching and market pricing using Payfactors, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with internal roles.
Audit and refresh Payfactors data; validate job matches and correct discrepancies.
Read and analyze job descriptions to support accurate benchmarking and leveling.
Support the design and implementation of global compensation structures, including changes in pay mix and job architecture.
Assist in building career families and frameworks for international teams.
Partner with internal stakeholders to implement compensation structures for new and existing markets.
Collaborate with team members (currently Kira and Tammy) to offload compensation-related tasks and bring process improvements.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in compensation, preferably in a global or high-growth environment.
Strong experience with Workday and Payfactors is highly preferred.
Proven ability to work with job architecture, pay structures, and international compensation design.
Comfortable working in ambiguity and building processes from the ground up.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Pay Details: $40.00 to $60.00 per hour
