LHH is partnering with a client in the Overland Park, KS area who is seeking to hire an Office Admin. This role will be responsible for onboarding new hires, administrative support around the office, and event coordination. We are seeking someone with at least 6 months-1 year of experience, along with the mind-set to learning & grow! This entry-level position is perfect for a new graduate looking to start their career in a supportive and professional environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Handle inquiries and provide information to clients and employees.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires.
- Manage office supplies and inventory.
- Assist with event planning and coordination.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Business Administration, Administration, or Human Resources
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, fully onsite
