Work Type: Full time, onsite, temporary (1-3 months with possibility to extend)


Compensation: $20-22/hr


Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support, including answering phones, managing emails, and greeting visitors.
  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) and ensure timely retrieval of documents.
  • Assist with data entry, recordkeeping, and updating company databases.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars for staff or management.
  • Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and correspondence as needed.
  • Support basic accounting tasks such as invoice processing, expense tracking, and filing financial records (as applicable).
  • Coordinate supply orders and maintain office inventory.
  • Assist with onboarding tasks, collecting paperwork, or distributing internal communications.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and package handling.
  • Provide additional project support or administrative assistance as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an administrative, clerical, or office support role (temporary or permanent).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and manage time effectively in a fast?paced environment.
  • Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong customer service mindset and a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members.
  • High school diploma required; additional administrative or office training preferred.


Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
