HR Administrator / Office Manager

Contract to Hire- When perm 65K range

Hours 8:30-5:30 (some flexibility) 100 percent onsite


Office Management Duties

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and replenish office and kitchen supplies.

  • Greet visitors and manage incoming calls.

  • Arrange catering and meeting logistics.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative assistance to the Founder and President.

  • Address facility and equipment issues, ensuring compliance with building standards.

  • Coordinate cleaning services, repairs, and vendor relationships.

  • Manage procurement of office and kitchen supplies and oversee company vehicle upkeep.

  • Support IT needs by facilitating hardware/software purchases and setup for staff.

  • Assist with external partnerships and community initiatives.

  • Organize on-site events and handle special projects as assigned.


Human Resources Support

  • Maintain and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance.

  • Oversee onboarding, including account setup, system access, and I-9 verification.

  • Manage offboarding processes, equipment returns, and exit documentation.

  • Collaborate with managers to address employee needs throughout their lifecycle.

  • Coordinate with external vendors and forums for HR-related solutions.

  • Post job openings, schedule interviews, and communicate with candidates.

  • Develop HR programs and initiatives, including internships and special projects.

  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR files, and equipment inventory.

  • Handle Verizon account requests and assist with document preparation.

  • Ensure proper documentation and confidentiality in all HR matters.



Pay Details: $26.00 to $31.00 per hour
