Job Title: Plaintiff's Personal Injury Paralegal
Location: Perth Amboy, NJ or Newark, NJ
Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 (Based on experience)
Experience Required: 2–5 years

Overview:

We’re seeking an experienced Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Paralegal to join our client’s dedicated legal team.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and file legal documents including pleadings, discovery, and motions.

• Manage case files and track key deadlines throughout the litigation process.

• Communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies.

• Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and witness lists.

• Summarize medical records and maintain updated case chronologies.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience.

• Strong knowledge of court rules and legal procedures.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
