- Maintain accurate financial records.
- Perform general ledger entries.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
- Assist with payroll processing.
- Prepare and distribute financial reports.
- Help prepare tax documents and audits.
- Ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.
- Respond to vendor, client, and internal inquiries.
- Support the finance department with administrative tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- SAP experience preferred.
- Good phone skills.
- Associate's Degree in Business/Accounting plus 2 years of experience preferred.
