Accounts Receivable Specialist

- Accurately record and process payments.
- Generate and distribute invoices and statements.
- Follow up on overdue accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Reconcile accounts and prepare financial reports.
- Collaborate with the finance team on cash flow and revenue forecasts.
- Participate in month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Update and maintain customer records.
- Monitor and report on account status regularly.
- Assist in developing accounts receivable policies and procedures.
- Provide support during audits.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or in a similar role.
- Comprehensive understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
