Accounts Receivable Specialist

• Accurately record and process payments.
• Generate and distribute invoices and statements.
• Follow up on overdue accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Reconcile accounts and prepare financial reports.
• Collaborate with the finance team on cash flow and revenue forecasts.
• Participate in month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Update and maintain customer records.
• Monitor and report on account status regularly.
• Assist in developing accounts receivable policies and procedures.
• Provide support during audits.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or in a similar role.
• Comprehensive understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
