Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Pay Rate: $24.00 – $26.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm (possibly some flexibility) - onsite
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in accounts receivable and a strong background working with large ERP systems. This role is essential in ensuring timely collection of receivables, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and post customer payments accurately and in a timely manner
 - Monitor aging reports and follow up on past-due accounts
 - Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
 - Generate and distribute invoices and account statements
 - Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing issues
 - Maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions
 - Assist with month-end closing and reporting processes
 - Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
 
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or related accounting role
 - Proficiency with large ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics)
 - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
 - Excellent communication and customer service abilities
 - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
 - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred
 
Pay Details: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour
