Role Overview
LHH is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Business Intelligence Analyst to empower our team by transforming raw data into actionable insights. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in data analysis, visualization, and reporting to deliver valuable intelligence that drives strategic business decisions for stakeholders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, cleanse, and integrate data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
Analyze data to identify trends, create dashboards and reports, and visualize key findings.
Translate data into actionable insights, deliver regular performance reports, and provide recommendations.
Partner with stakeholders to understand data needs, deliver relevant insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
Optimize data processes, implement best practices, and stay current with BI technologies.
Required Qualifications
Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
Expertise in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
Experience with coding languages (Python, R).
Strong understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes.
Familiarity with statistical analysis and data modeling.
Preferred Qualifications / Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Analytics or relevant fields preferred.
1-2 years of relevant work experience preferred.
Master’s Degree a plus.
