Administrative Assistant
Procurement & Supply Chain
A well-known construction company in Phoenix is looking for a Billing Specialist (NON-HEALTHCARE) somewhat like a Project Coordinator! You will be handling mostly incoming calls from vendors and answering billing questions, taking orders and data entry those requests into the system. Some invoicing, billing, AR or construction administrative experience is a must!

Responsibilities:
· Managing pending agreements and ensuring timely follow-up with clients and vendors.
· Knowledge of Preliminary Liens.
· AIA Construction Billing
· Understanding of Conditional and Unconditional Waivers and Releases.
· Knowledge of Controlled Insurance Programs (CCIP/OCIP), insurance certificates, and licensing regulations.
· Create service orders and process billing.
· Keep track of billing batches and consolidate batches.
· Work with technicians to ensure accurate billing.
· Review pending work order tickets.
· Ability to answer billing questions.
· Assist with purchase order questions and concerns.
· Take orders for client accounts.
· Minimal errors while conducting data entry.
Hours: Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm
Pay rate: $26-$30 an hour (depending on experience).

Requirements:
Highschool diploma or GED
At least 2 years of previous construction billing experience (not healthcare related)
