What You’ll Do:
• Lead site work preconstruction on alternative‑delivery projects
• Drive earthwork & dewatering plans, estimates, and risk analysis
• Partner with engineers on shoring systems
• Serve as the go‑to SME with clients and design teams
• Mentor a small team and influence pursuit strategy
What You Bring:
• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (preferred) or equivalent experience
• 4+ years in construction estimating; site work expertise required
• Strong ability to interpret geotechnical reports and civil specs
• Skilled collaborator across engineering, design, and subcontractor teams
