Construction Project Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a manufacturing company in North Phoenix. This company is in search of a project manager to join their team. This role is fully onsite, Monday-Friday with some OT to be expected. The ideal candidate will have some technical knowledge, as well as AutoCAD experience.

This role plays a key part in coordinating and overseeing construction projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget.


Responsibilities:



  • Coordinate and manage construction project timelines, budgets, and resources.


  • Liaise with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.


  • Review project plans and provide recommendations for improvements or adjustments.


  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, schedules, and cost estimates.


  • Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulations.


  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during project execution.


  • Assist with procurement of materials and subcontractor services.


  • Provide support to the project manager and other team members as needed.


Requirements:



  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or higher in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is a plus).


  • Proven experience in project coordination or construction management.


  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.


  • Strong communication and organizational skills.


  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

    Experience with AutoCAD is also required


  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred.


  • Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


  • Willingness to work occasional overtime when required.
