A leading national builder with more than $8B in annual revenue is hiring a Construction Quality Manager to support a significant new project. This is a direct-hire position, offering the chance to build quality strategy from the ground up and influence major infrastructure work.

What You’ll Lead

• Develop and implement the Project Quality Plan

• Ensure contract specs, ITPs, and quality standards are applied across the field

• Lead inspections, documentation, mock-ups, and verification processes

• Partner with trade partners, suppliers, testing agencies, and internal teams

• Perform audits, mitigate quality risks, and strengthen district-wide QC systems

• Serve as a quality subject-matter expert and mentor to future team members
