LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a non profit organization Phoenix who is in search of a contract recruiter to join their HR team. This job is Monday-Friday and will provide some hybrid flexibility after training. The hourly rate is between $29/hr-$33/hr DOE.

The Contract Recruiter will play a key role in supporting full-cycle recruitment efforts across multiple departments. This individual will partner closely with hiring managers to attract, evaluate, and secure top talent aligned with our organization’s mission and values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles (administrative, program, and operational positions)
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and community outreach
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate interview processes
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and track recruiting activity within the ATS
  • Assist with offer processes, including extending offers and coordinating onboarding logistics
  • Support recruitment reporting and metrics as needed

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (nonprofit or high-volume recruiting preferred)
  • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
  • Passion for nonprofit work and community impact is highly preferred

Work Environment & Schedule

  • Fully onsite during initial training period
  • Hybrid flexibility offered after training (combination of onsite and remote work)
  • Standard schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM



Pay Details: $29.00 to $33.00 per hour
