LHH Recruitment is partnered with a company in Phoenix, AZ that is looking for a Data Entry/Order Entry Specialist to join the team. This is a full-time on-site position $22.00-$25.00 per hour depending on experience.
The Data Entry/Order Entry Specialist is responsible for accurately processing customer orders and ensuring timely, efficient coordination between customers, sales, and internal departments.
Job Duties:
- Accurately enter customer orders into the company system, ensuring all details such as pricing, quantities, terms, and delivery information are correct.
- Review orders for completeness and compliance with company policies and customer agreements.
- Communicate with customers to clarify order details, resolve discrepancies, and confirm order status as needed.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, billing, and fulfillment teams to ensure orders are processed and completed on time.
- Maintain and update customer records, order documentation, and related data in internal systems.
- Monitor order status and proactively identify potential issues or delays, escalating concerns when appropriate.
- Process order changes, cancellations, and returns according to established procedures.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, invoices, and delivery timelines in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, reporting, and data validation.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
- Previous 1 year recent experience in order entry
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Proficiency in data entry and experience using order management or CRM systems.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar business software.
Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
