LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a local leading company in the SDLC industry to hire an experienced Full-Stack Developer in their Phoenix, AZ location.

Location: Onsite | Phoenix, AZ
Terms: Full Time | Permanent
Salary: $95,000–$125,000/year

Role Overview
As a Full-Stack Developer, you will build dynamic web applications by working across front-end and back-end technologies. You will design user-friendly interfaces, develop robust APIs, and ensure seamless integration of services. This role requires collaborating closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. You will also be responsible for maintaining code quality, optimizing performance, and troubleshooting complex technical issues to enhance the overall user experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build front-end interfaces with React, focusing on responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Develop back-end services in .NET, implementing best practices for scalability, security, and maintainability.
  • Integrate APIs and third-party services to enable seamless communication between application components.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Write unit and integration tests to ensure software reliability and robustness.
  • Collaborate in Agile development cycles, contributing to sprint planning, estimations, and retrospectives.
  • Monitor and optimize application performance, proactively addressing bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and frameworks to continuously improve the development process and product offerings.

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in JavaScript, including a deep understanding of ES6+ features, asynchronous programming, and best practices for building dynamic, maintainable, and high-performance web applications.
  • Hands-on experience in developing complex, responsive user interfaces using React, including state management (such as Redux or Context API), hooks, component lifecycle, and integrating with RESTful APIs.
  • Strong background in building scalable and secure server-side applications with the .NET framework, including experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, and implementing RESTful services.

Preferred Qualifications / Skills

  • Full-Stack Project Experience: Proven track record of delivering end-to-end web solutions, from designing front-end interfaces to architecting and deploying robust back-end systems, demonstrating effective integration and troubleshooting across the stack.
  • Agile Development Background: Active participation in Agile teams, contributing to iterative planning, daily stand-ups, code reviews, and retrospectives, with the ability to adapt to changing requirements and deliver incremental value.
  • Cloud Deployment Familiarity: Experience deploying and managing applications in cloud environments such as Azure or AWS, including knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (e.g., Docker), and cloud-based monitoring and scaling strategies.
