Sales Director – Residential HVAC | Leadership Opportunity

We’re seeking a Sales Director to spearhead our residential HVAC sales operations. This is a strategic leadership role where you’ll shape sales strategy, mentor top talent, and deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve year-over-year growth.

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing HVAC sales team (25-30).

  • Recruit and train top talent to elevate sales performance.

  • Utilize CRM platforms and analytics for forecasting and decision-making.

  • Build strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Manage budgets and ensure profitability targets are met.

  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to maximize lead generation and project delivery.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven success in sales leadership within home services or HVAC industry.

  • Strong ability to develop teams and implement effective sales processes.

  • Expertise in CRM systems, data-driven insights, and strategic planning.

  • Passion for growth, innovation, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Around $150k base + commissions & bonus = $300k OTE, depending on experience

Pay Details: $150,000.00 to $300,000.00 per year
