Sales Director – Residential HVAC | Leadership Opportunity
We’re seeking a Sales Director to spearhead our residential HVAC sales operations. This is a strategic leadership role where you’ll shape sales strategy, mentor top talent, and deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve year-over-year growth.
Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing HVAC sales team (25-30).
Recruit and train top talent to elevate sales performance.
Utilize CRM platforms and analytics for forecasting and decision-making.
Build strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Manage budgets and ensure profitability targets are met.
Collaborate with marketing and operations to maximize lead generation and project delivery.
What We’re Looking For
Proven success in sales leadership within home services or HVAC industry.
Strong ability to develop teams and implement effective sales processes.
Expertise in CRM systems, data-driven insights, and strategic planning.
Passion for growth, innovation, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Around $150k base + commissions & bonus = $300k OTE, depending on experience

Pay Details: $150,000.00 to $300,000.00 per year
