Litigation Secretary


Location: Phoenix, AZ
Compensation: Up to $35 per hour.
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire, Full-Time, Hybrid (3 Days Onsite)


LHH is working with a prestigious law firm in Phoenix, AZ in seeking a Litigation Secretary to support the firm's attorneys and provide exceptional service to clients and business partners. This position requires strong litigation experience, proactive self-management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced legal environment. The ideal candidate will be a team player, eager to contribute and grow with the firm.





Responsibilities:

  • Support litigation attorneys with case management and administrative tasks.

  • Prepare, format, and file legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.

  • Manage attorney calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate court dates and deadlines.

  • Arrange travel and prepare expense reports for attorneys.

  • Assist with trial preparation including organizing exhibits and coordinating logistics.

  • Maintain and organize case files and document management systems.

  • Coordinate with other administrative staff for group support and provide backup coverage as needed.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience in a legal environment.

  • Familiarity with court procedures and legal terminology.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Intermediate/Advanced working knowledge of Outlook and legal document management systems.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

  • An Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree, or Secretarial Certificate is preferred.



Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
