Payroll Coordinator

- Calculate the wages and salaries for employees
- Handle deductions for taxes and other benefits as required by law or company policy.
- Timekeeping and Attendance: Monitoring employee attendance and accurately recording hours worked, vacation days taken, sick leave, and other time-related information.
- Entering payroll-related data into payroll systems or software accurately and promptly.
- Managing the payroll process
- Generating various payroll reports for auditing purposes.
- Communicating with employees regarding other payroll-related inquiries.
- Participating in internal and external audits of payroll records to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, tax regulations, and any other legal requirements related to payroll processing.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance
- 3+ years of experience in payroll processing and administration.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and other relevant tools.
- Understanding of payroll tax regulations and labor laws.
- Strong communication skills
