LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnered with a growing real estate office in Phoenix, AZ that is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join the team. This is a full-time Monday through Friday position $19.00-$22.00 per hour depending on prior experience. This requires a high-level of communication, professionalism, and executive support.
The Mortgage Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and business partners, delivering a professional and welcoming experience while supporting daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a courteous, professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer and route incoming calls using a multi-line phone system, providing accurate information or directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier deliveries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception and lobby area.
- Schedule, coordinate, and confirm meetings, appointments, and conference room usage.
- Maintain and update the company organizational chart as needed.
- Prepare slide deck presentations and basic materials for internal and corporate meetings.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, document preparation, and scanning.
- Assist various departments with clerical and operational tasks as assigned.
- Follow established security and compliance procedures for visitor access and front desk operations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
2+ years' recent proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar front desk or administrative role
Must have mortgage servicing experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional communication and demeanor
