LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a full-time RCM Assistant Director for a client in Phoenix, AZ on a Direct Hire basis. The client is seeking a candidate to ensure operational excellence through the achievement of established production and quality standards.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field.


  • Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in healthcare billing and collections or equivalent financial field.


  • Strong analytical and research skills.


  • Proficiency in quickly learning new software and utilizing system tools for analysis.


  • Demonstrated expertise in software including Microsoft Windows, Excel, and Word.


Essential Duties & Accountabilities:



  • Identify and address Federal IDR Process issues, collaborating with relevant parties such as IDR Entities or CMS for effective resolution.


  • Proactively analyze payer issues, discern trends, and devise and implement action plans to rectify them.


  • Facilitate communication with payers, IDR Entities, and/or CMS as needed.


  • Develop and optimize workflow processes to enhance productivity.


  • Generate system reports to monitor departmental productivity, account receivable trends, and payer issues.


  • Ensure adherence to training standards, policies, and procedures, while monitoring productivity and quality.


  • Conduct thorough reviews to mitigate risks, investigating areas of error or shortfall and devising remediation strategies.


  • Foster a culture of encouragement, motivation, and continuous development among team members.


  • Collaborate in the creation and delivery of staff training modules.


  • Act as a knowledgeable resource for organizational team members.


  • Manage budgeting responsibilities within the department.


  • Undertake other projects and assignments as required.


Compensation: $90-100K
