Job Description
Title: Senior Growth Analyst
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Setting: Hybrid (Can work from home 1-2 days a week)
Compensation: $120k - $140k + 20% bonus + 2 weeks PTO + 401k
Overview:
We are seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled Senior Growth Analyst to join our Growth & Corporate Development team. In this role, you will drive strategic initiatives through greenfield expansion, M&A, new ventures, and product enhancements. You’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and finance teams to identify and execute growth opportunities and optimize performance.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy Development
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute data-driven growth strategies.
- Analyze new market opportunities and design strategies for greenfield expansion.
- Support high-growth market initiatives with performance analysis and strategic recommendations.
- Conduct due diligence and financial modeling for M&A opportunities.
- Partner with product teams to identify and evaluate potential product extensions or enhancements.
Performance Optimization
- Use advanced analytics to monitor initiatives, generate insights, and drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Market Research & Insights
- Conduct market and competitive research to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Provide strategic recommendations aligned with market dynamics and business objectives.
Financial Modeling
- Build complex operating models to forecast growth scenarios and evaluate ROI.
- Support strategic decision-making with robust financial analysis.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams to align growth initiatives with broader business goals.
- Provide analytical support and strategic insights to stakeholders across departments.
Reporting & Communication
- Prepare and present findings, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable strategies.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Advanced degree (MBA, CFA) preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in corporate development, strategy, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting.
- Advanced financial and data modeling skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

- Analytical Expertise: Strong quantitative skills and proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex data clearly.
- Presentation Skills: Skilled in creating and delivering compelling presentations to diverse audiences.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively across departments and with senior stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Pay Details: $120,000.00 to $140,000.00 per year
