LHH is looking for a Client Services Consultant – Business Immigration (Contract-to-Hire) for a law firm in Pittsburgh. This is a remote role.


About the Role

Seeking a Client Services Consultant to support one of its global clients in a unique, client-facing capacity. In this role, you will act as an embedded immigration resource, working directly with the client’s internal teams while coordinating closely with Fragomen’s legal team.

This is a contract-to-hire opportunity (initial 3–6 month assignment) with strong potential for permanent conversion.


What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a U.S. business immigration resource to client stakeholders, including HR, Talent Mobility, recruiters, and employees

  • Act as the first point of contact for immigration-related inquiries and issue resolution

  • Manage NIV and IV case processes, including case tracking, initiations, and audits

  • Work within the client’s internal systems to respond to immigration questions

  • Coordinate between the client and Fragomen legal teams

  • Escalate complex matters as needed to ensure timely resolution

  • Ensure compliance with government posting and notification requirements

  • Partner with relocation vendors on employee mobility matters

  • Handle sensitive or VIP cases with discretion

  • Support multiple workstreams and projects simultaneously

  • Collect and analyze data to improve process efficiency and effectiveness

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and influence outcomes

  • Prepare and deliver presentations to business stakeholders when needed


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) required

  • Prior experience in business immigration (law firm or in-house)

  • Strong knowledge of NIV/IV petitions and immigration processes

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

  • High level of professionalism, flexibility, and responsiveness

  • Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills


Work Environment

  • Fully remote (embedded with client—“onsite” virtually)

  • Highly collaborative, client-facing role

  • Fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
