LHH is looking for a Client Services Consultant – Business Immigration (Contract-to-Hire) for a law firm in Pittsburgh. This is a remote role.
About the Role
Seeking a Client Services Consultant to support one of its global clients in a unique, client-facing capacity. In this role, you will act as an embedded immigration resource, working directly with the client’s internal teams while coordinating closely with Fragomen’s legal team.
This is a contract-to-hire opportunity (initial 3–6 month assignment) with strong potential for permanent conversion.
What You’ll Do
Serve as a U.S. business immigration resource to client stakeholders, including HR, Talent Mobility, recruiters, and employees
Act as the first point of contact for immigration-related inquiries and issue resolution
Manage NIV and IV case processes, including case tracking, initiations, and audits
Work within the client’s internal systems to respond to immigration questions
Coordinate between the client and Fragomen legal teams
Escalate complex matters as needed to ensure timely resolution
Ensure compliance with government posting and notification requirements
Partner with relocation vendors on employee mobility matters
Handle sensitive or VIP cases with discretion
Support multiple workstreams and projects simultaneously
Collect and analyze data to improve process efficiency and effectiveness
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and influence outcomes
Prepare and deliver presentations to business stakeholders when needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) required
Prior experience in business immigration (law firm or in-house)
Strong knowledge of NIV/IV petitions and immigration processes
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
High level of professionalism, flexibility, and responsiveness
Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills
Work Environment
Fully remote (embedded with client—“onsite” virtually)
