Are you an organized and detail-oriented Legal Assistant looking for a new opportunity in Pittsburgh, PA? LHH Recruitment is currently seeking a Legal Assistant for our client. This role is perfect for a proactive professional who excels in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide comprehensive support to attorneys, including case management and document preparation.
  • Conduct legal research and gather information to assist in case development.
  • Draft, proofread, and file legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
  • Maintain and organize case files, ensuring all documentation is current and accessible.
  • Communicate with clients, court personnel, and other parties involved in the case.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, hearings, and depositions.
  • Perform various administrative tasks to support the legal team.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a Legal Assistant.
  • Strong understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Paralegal certification or relevant degree preferred.
Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year Search managed by: Erika Carter
