Senior Accounts Payable Specialist (Pittsburgh)

LHH is teaming up with a client in Pittsburgh that is in need of a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist. This role is a contract role lasting two to three months and offers a hybrid schedule after training (working three to four days remotely). Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with month end closing
  • Applying GL codes, reconciling invoices for non-purchase orders
  • Being in charge of incoming invoicing management system
  • Conducting three way match of inventory purchase orders

Qualifications:
  • A degree in Accounting is preferred (or at least 4 years of relevant work experience)
  • Knowledge in 1099’s is required
Employment Type:
  • Contract – two to three months
Compensation:
  • $24.00 to $27.00 an hour
Work Hours:
  • Full time 40 hours per week
  • 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday thru Friday
  • Work remotely 3 to 4 days per week
