PART TIME- On‑Site Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist (Rockland County)
Location: Rockland County, NY (On‑Site)
Schedule: Approximately 16 hours/week — flexible. Ideal schedule: 4 days/week, 4 hours/day.
Employment Type: Part‑Time - $18 per hour
Overview
We are seeking a personable, proactive, and detail‑oriented Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist to support a real estate sales team by initiating first contact with potential home sellers. This is an on‑site role ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, enjoys building rapport, and can effectively track conversations and follow‑ups. You will play a key part in generating listing opportunities and creating a positive first impression for prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct cold calls to potential home sellers using provided scripts and talk tracks.
Follow up with warm leads and maintain consistent communication to build rapport.
Schedule in‑home appointments for real estate agents.
Gather and update email addresses and contact details.
Document all conversations, notes, and follow‑up dates in Excel or Google Sheets.
Maintain organized lead‑tracking spreadsheets with clear notes and next steps.
Write and send handwritten note cards to potential sellers to enhance relationship‑building.
Serve as the first point of contact to help drive new listing opportunities.
Qualifications
Required:
Comfortable using personal cell phone for cold calling.
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
Basic Excel or Google Sheets skills (entering notes, organizing contact lists, tracking follow‑ups).
Solid writing skills for handwritten notes and basic email follow‑ups.
Professional, friendly phone presence.
Compensation & Incentives
Hourly pay

Additional bonus for completed property sale
Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
