Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist Location: SW Portland, OR Hours: Fully Onsite, Part time (30-35 hours) Job Type: Contract Role (3-6 months) Compensation: $26-$28 an hour DOE We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our client in Lake Oswego, OR. As an ideal candidate, you should have a minimum of 2-year experience in accounts payable and possess strong Excel skills. This is a part-time, contract, on-site role. Responsibilities:
  • Processing and reviewing invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness of invoices.
  • Reconciling vendor statements and maintaining vendor files.
  • Provide assistance with vendor inquiries, prepare and process weekly check runs, and provide support to other accounting functions as required.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records, assisting with month-end close, and accruals.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with accounting software, Yardi accounting software a plus!
  • Property industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation/Benefits: $26-$28 an hour DOE Benefits vary depending on employer Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
