Hours/Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $20–$22/hour, depending on experience

Position Overview
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing company in SW Portland to hire an Administrative Assistant. In this role, you’ll support day-to-day office operations, act as a key contact for vendors and staff, and help maintain a professional and welcoming workplace. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with potential for growth and expanded responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist tenants, vendors, and staff as the first point of contact
  • Handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally, including de-escalating sensitive situations
  • Support office initiatives such as employee appreciation and wellness programs
  • Prepare vendor communications, manage correspondence, and assist with mailings
  • Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, filing, and organization
  • Proactively address office needs and assist with problem-solving
Qualifications
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage sensitive situations
  • Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Open to new graduates; strong interpersonal skills highly valued
  • Proactive, reliable team player who can manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable leading small office initiatives and participating in employee programs
