Job Description:
LHH Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our global client's team. This position is essential in ensuring both B2C and B2B customers have a fantastic experience, driving both increased sales and customer retention. We are seeking candidates with at least three years of experience in a similar role who can start working immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and success with products and services.
Create comprehensive training manuals to help customers effectively use our products.
Write and update call center scripts to ensure consistent and high-quality customer interactions.
Develop email templates for various customer communication needs, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
Monitor customer feedback and work with internal teams to address any issues or concerns.
Provide regular updates and reports on customer success metrics and initiatives.
Qualifications:
3+ years of related experience in customer success, ideally in creating training manuals, writing call center scripts, and developing email templates.
Background working in Healthcare, insurance or a similar industry is a big plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) or ERP software is a plus.
Great critical thinking and ability to be a great leader.
