Job Title: Customer Success Manager Salary: $26-$29.80 per hour Location: 100% remote (must live on the West Coast of the US to be considered) Duration: 6 month contract, with a possibility of converting to a permanent position Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday


Job Description:


LHH Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our global client's team. This position is essential in ensuring both B2C and B2B customers have a fantastic experience, driving both increased sales and customer retention. We are seeking candidates with at least three years of experience in a similar role who can start working immediately.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and success with products and services.


  • Create comprehensive training manuals to help customers effectively use our products.


  • Write and update call center scripts to ensure consistent and high-quality customer interactions.


  • Develop email templates for various customer communication needs, ensuring clarity and professionalism.


  • Monitor customer feedback and work with internal teams to address any issues or concerns.


  • Provide regular updates and reports on customer success metrics and initiatives.



Qualifications:



  • 3+ years of related experience in customer success, ideally in creating training manuals, writing call center scripts, and developing email templates.


  • Background working in Healthcare, insurance or a similar industry is a big plus.


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.


  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


  • Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) or ERP software is a plus.


  • Great critical thinking and ability to be a great leader.
