Job Title: Executive Assistant Duration: Contract to hire Location: Hybrid based in Portland, OR Compensation: $33-$45 per hour DOE
Job Description:
LHH Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to join our client's team on a temp-to-hire basis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience providing executive support, with a strong preference for those who have worked in the engineering or architecture industry. We are looking for a go-getter, as this role will lead the way in driving company projects and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives.
Support Project Managers by tracking timelines and updates, budgets, compliance and more.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Assist in the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator or similar.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Experience in the engineering or architecture industry is a significant plus.
Project management certification or similar continuing education highly preferred.
