Job Title: Front Desk Coordinator
Location: Downtown Portland, OR (parking paid for by employer)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, full-time
Compensation: $20 – $23 per hour
Contract Length: 2–3 weeks with potential for extension

About the Role:

LHH Recruitment is seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to support a legal office in downtown Portland. This short-term contract role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a welcoming demeanor who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
  • Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Schedule appointments and maintain conference room calendars
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
  • Coordinate with legal staff to ensure smooth front-office operations


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role (law office experience or similar professional services preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
