Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Location: Portland, Oregon (Hybrid)
Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually
Employment Type: Full-Time


About the Role

Our client as seeking a strategic and people-focused Human Resources Manager to support our their dynamic and growing organization in Portland, Oregon. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work both remotely and onsite, while leading HR initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.

  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.

  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.

  • Lead benefits administration and compensation planning.

  • Support DEI initiatives and employee engagement programs.

  • Maintain HR systems and ensure accurate reporting and analytics.

  • Partner with leadership to drive organizational development and change management.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

  • Strong knowledge of Oregon labor laws and HR best practices.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

  • Experience with HRIS systems and data-driven decision-making.

  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
